You'll need an egg waffle pan (included in our Home Kit, or available separately). A standard stovetop or electric egg waffle maker works great. You'll also need a mixing bowl and whisk.
Each bag makes approximately 8–10 full-sized egg waffles, depending on your pan size and how thick you pour the batter.
Our dry mixes have a shelf life of 12 months from the production date when stored in a cool, dry place. Once opened, we recommend using within 3 months for best results.
Our mixes contain wheat and are prepared in a facility that processes milk and eggs. The batter recipe calls for eggs, milk, and butter. Please check the full ingredient list on each product page for specific allergen information.
Absolutely! While our mixes are optimized for egg waffles, they work beautifully as regular waffle or pancake batter too. Just pour into your standard waffle iron or griddle.
