Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We currently ship to all 50 US states, US territories, and Canada.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at sayhi@myeggloo.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue.
Canada & US Territories
We ship to all 50 US states, US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, etc.), and Canada. International shipping beyond Canada is not available at this time.
