Return Policy

Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used products
• Items not in their original packaging
• Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at sayhi@myeggloo.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
