You'll need an egg waffle pan (included in our Home Kit, or available separately). A standard stovetop or electric egg waffle maker works great. You'll also need a mixing bowl and whisk.
Each bag makes approximately 8–10 full-sized egg waffles, depending on your pan size and how thick you pour the batter.
Our dry mixes have a shelf life of 12 months from the production date when stored in a cool, dry place. Once opened, we recommend using within 3 months for best results.
